Il plumcake di mele frullate è un dolce semplicissimo da realizzare, ideale per la colazione e per la merenda.
La mela frullata lo rende umido e soffice al punto giusto; questo dolce l’ho realizzato il mese scorso in occasione dell’organizzazione dell’Apfelfest ed ha riscosso un grande successo.
Oggi ve lo propongo per prepararlo per le colazioni del weekend, vedrete che vi conquisterà immediatamente, scommettiamo?
PLUMCAKE ALLE MELE
150 ml di olio di semi
240 g di zucchero a velo
4 uova
130 g di mela frullata finemente
170 g di yogurt greco
300 g di farina 00
la scorza di un limone grattugiato non trattato
16 g di lievito per dolci
Lavorate l’olio e lo zucchero con le fruste o con un cucchiaio, poi aggiungete un uovo alla volta e sbattete fino a rendere il composto cremoso. Aggiungete la mela grattugiata, lo yogurt, la scorza di limone, la farina ed infine il lievito.
Cuocete il dolce in uno stampo da plumcake di 32 cm di lunghezza a 175° per circa 45 – 50° min.
Quando il dolce sarà freddo, spolverizzate a piacere con dello zucchero a velo.
