PLUMCAKE AL LIMONE E CIOCCOLATO BIANCO
Per uno stampo da plumcake di 25 cm
75 ml di olio di cocco o di semi
95 g di zucchero a velo
2 uova
100 g di cioccolato bianco fuso + 50 ml di latte intero
150 g di farina 00
la scorza grattugiata di 1 limone non trattato
45 g di confettura Fiordifrutta Limoni di Rigoni di Asiago
8 g di lievito per dolci
zucchero a velo per spolverare (facoltativo)
Lavorate l’olio e lo zucchero con le fruste, poi aggiungete un uovo alla volta e sbattete fino a rendere il composto cremoso. Aggiungete il cioccolato fuso mescolato al latte, il limone, la confettura, la farina ed infine il lievito.
Cuocete il dolce in uno stampo da plumcake di 25 cm di lunghezza a 180° per circa 35 – 40° min.
Quando il dolce sarà freddo, spolverizzate a piacere con dello zucchero a velo.
