 Il plumcake ai mirtilli e yogurt greco è un dolce soffice e goloso, ideale per la colazione o la merenda.

Umido al punto giusto, morbido e delicato, farà contenti grandi e piccini.

PLUMCAKE AI MIRTILLI E YOGURT GRECO
150 ml di olio di semi
240 g di zucchero a velo
4 uova
300 g di yogurt greco bianco
300 g di farina 00
16 g di lievito per dolci
180 g di mirtilli freschi non troppo grandi
zucchero a velo per spolverare
Lavorate l’olio e lo zucchero con le fruste o con un cucchiaio, poi aggiungete un uovo alla volta e sbattete fino a rendere il composto cremoso. Aggiungete lo yogurt, la farina ed infine il lievito.
Cuocete il dolce in uno stampo da plumcake di 25 cm imburrato e infarinato a 175° per circa 45 – 50 min, unite dei mirtilli in superficie.
Quando il dolce sarà freddo, spolverizzate con dello zucchero a velo.
