Per 10 mini cupcakes

75 ml di latte tiepido
90 gr di burro morbido
5 g di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale

250 g di panna fresca
40 g di zucchero a velo
90 g di confettura di fragole
Per decorare
fragole fresche tagliate metà
Lavorate con le fruste il burro con lo zucchero, unite l’uovo e fate assorbire al composto, mescolando bene. Aggiungete il cioccolato fuso e il latte e montate bene il composto.
In un’altra ciotola mescolate bene la farina, il cacao, il lievito e il sale.
